This 12 oz selvage denim from Japan is manufactured by Kuroki in Okayama and features a very smooth, even surface and a classic white and red selvedge. With 2% polyurethane, the fabric offers subtle elasticity, allowing for comfortable freedom of movement without compromising the characteristic feel of denim.
When new, denim appears firm, dimensionally stable, and smooth. With wear, the material becomes more supple, yet remains homogeneous in its surface and retains its calm, elegant texture. Its subtle elasticity makes the fabric ideal for fitted jeans, jackets, or overshirts where comfort and clean lines are essential.
The white and red selvedge adds a classic detail that blends harmoniously into various designs. Despite its flexibility, the denim remains easy to control and can be processed cleanly.
